How long will it take for my order to ship?

Please allow 7-14 business days from the date of placing the order for your order to be shipped. Although we try to keep stock of our items for immediate shipping, this is not always possible due to the handmade process. If we have all items in stock at the time of your order, it will ship immediately with no delay. If you need an order expedited, simply message or call us and we will be happy to work with you! All orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday.

Are your products dishwasher safe?

We recommend hand washing for all of our products. Should you choose use the dishwasher for washing our products we recommend top shelf, low heat cycle only. Products that feature metal handles, metal hardware or rubber components are hand wash only. Please remove tops or corks from salt and pepper shakers and oil cruets before washing in the dishwasher. Do not soak any of our products for any period of time.

How do I send a gift?

Simply enter the receivers shipping information as the shipping address during checkout. You will still have to fill out your personal billing information as well. Leave us a note during checkout that it is a gift and we will be sure there is not receipt included in the shipment.   

Do you do gift wrapping?

At this time we do not offer gift wrapping. If you would like to put a personalized note with the shipment, leave us a comment during checkout.

How much is shipping?

Our goal is to deliver you your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. Shipping costs will vary based on location and size of the order. We currently offer two shipping methods: Fedex Home Delivery and Fedex Smart Post. The exact shipping amount for your entire order will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Is there sales tax?
We do not charge sales tax on orders placed through our website. We are located in New Hampshire and we are a sales tax free state.

What is your return policy?

We treat every return request on a case by case basis. If you receive damaged or defective item please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will be happy to issue a refund or replacement upon your request. We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable; if for whatever reason something kept you from contacting us right away, feel free to let us know and we will be happy to assist you. We feel honesty is always the best policy!
