At Sand and Water Creations, we produce high-quality glassware inspired by nature. Our process begins with casting the glass to form the heart of each piece. The cast glass is then melted in a kiln before being carefully attached to its frame. Every product is meticulously hand-crafted at our studio in Litchfield, New Hampshire, USA, ensuring attention to detail and a passion for artistry in each creation.

Handling: Always handle your glass picture with clean, dry hands. Avoid touching the glass surface directly to prevent fingerprints and smudges.

Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently dust the glass and frame.

Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be made and shipped. Although we try to keep stock of our items for immediate shipping, this is not always possible due to the process of creating each piece. If we have an item in stock at the time of your order, it will ship immediately. If you wish to receive your item sooner, please contact us.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will be happy to issue a refund or replacement upon your request.
