If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will be happy to issue a refund or replacement upon your request.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless it is received damaged or defective.
Insure work for the full value with "tracking". Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded.
